I am pleased that you are interested in this information about joining the ToolBox Associate Program. I have operated the ToolBox as a publishing, training and consulting company since 1992, and it has evolved into a national presence.
I am thrilled and always personally rewarded when my materials are warmly received, as they have been. I have loved my career and meeting so many people who work in the disability field. I’m always renewed and refreshed when I get a chance to collaborate with others.
I’m looking for just a few good people to be my voice, carry on and spread my work and my passion. I can let others like you teach and share my materials and approaches, I can cut back on my travel, while I can easily stay in touch with and support you via new technologies. And this will allow me more time to create more training products for you to share with direct service professionals and their supervisors.

Associates operate their own training programs, either in-house or as a proprietary business endeavor and are licensed to purchase, use, re-sell and represent the ToolBox and it’s seminars, materials and programs in their region.
Choose a track: Services or Supervisory
Each require a minimum of 3 years experience in that type of a position; an Associate can become certified in both tracks and have use of more tools and income sources.
The Associate will get access to discounts on materials, products and seminars. At each level you will be given all the instruction and support you need.
You will regularly be informed of all the events, benefits, discounts and special offers available to you as a Mentored Associate and as an Associate with the ToolBox
