What this app does: Currently in beta, this soon to be released app provides an innovative approach to a very serious diversity problem plaguing the tech. community. This app features: Blendoor aims to remove the unconscious bias in the hiring process by excluding the name and photos of potential applicants. Applicants submit their resumes through Linkedin, and then Blendoor does the work of matching them with companies and blindly submitting their credentials.
